The wine:

Ruby red color. Rich aroma characterized jammy red fruits and black plums.

 

Taste:

Juicy and flavourful, notes of jammy red fruits. Long finish with mineral notes. Medium, smooth  tannins.

 

Vinification:

Handpicked, spontaneously fermented, stored in tank and older oak barrels.

Soil minhurt:

The soil is 200 million year old Triassic sandy limestone.

 

Grapes:

80% Grenache noir, 12% Syrah, 4% Cinsault 4% Carignan
